Dr. Nath Aghraghra, globally recognized as DNA, is a transformational leader, strategist, author, and catalyst for change advancing a Strategic Purpose and Life Management Revolution across Africa and beyond. His work focuses on building people, strengthening systems, and equipping a new generation of leaders and changemakers to create sustainable impact.
Over the years, Dr. Nath has engaged diverse audiences across continents, including emerging leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, academics, policymakers, and institutions. He has spoken before military officers at the Liberian National Base in Monrovia, represented Africa's voice at international consultative platforms including the Africa Future Forum, and invested in leadership development initiatives from underserved communities in Togo to universities and leadership networks across East Africa and beyond.
Through leadership development, strategic interventions, mentoring, and capacity-building initiatives, Dr. Nath has impacted over 10,000 individuals, raised 500+ leaders and emerging changemakers, reached 40+ cities and leadership communities, engaged leaders from 18+ countries, facilitated 1,200+ transformation sessions, mentored 2,500+ young professionals, contributed to 100+ leadership initiatives, and supported the restructuring and strategic repositioning of 45+ organizations and teams.
As Lead Consultant at Adino Consulting Ltd, Dr. Nath specializes in peak performance training, leadership development, project formulation, strategic management, organizational transformation, and change leadership. He serves as faculty at institutions including Docenti Global Business School and has received recognition from global organizations including UNICEF for his contributions to leadership and human capacity advancement.
His academic and professional formation spans institutions across the United States, Canada, and Italy, including Rome Business School and the University of Leadership (USA). He holds two Master's degrees, an MBA, a Ph.D., and multiple international certifications in Transformational Leadership, Executive Life Coaching, Strategic Management, Ethical Leadership, and Resilient Leadership, including credentials from the Pointman Leadership Institute (USA) and Harvard Business School.
Dr. Nath currently serves as African Director for Strategy and Planning at Leading Lights (USA), Vice President Education at DTD YDI, Strategic Leadership Advisor to organizations across the UK and Australia, President of RAPGEN Global, and Executive Principal of PALMS Africa.
Through RAPGEN Global and PALMS Africa, he mentors emerging leaders across Africa around the process of becoming, transforming potential into purpose, competence, character, and generational influence. He is the architect of TNC (The Next Changemaker), a leadership movement designed to identify, equip, and activate a new generation of changemakers committed to solving problems and transforming society.
Beyond titles and achievements, Dr. Nath's greatest leadership measure remains the transformation of people, institutions, and communities.
He is happily married to Arc Stephanie since 2012, and their union is blessed with three children: Awesome, Honour, and Temple.

Arc. Stephanie Aghraghra
Executive Vice Principal (EVP)
Arc. Stephanie Aghraghra is a visionary leader, transformative life coach, and purpose-driven architect whose work uniquely integrates faith, personal growth, and strategic leadership. She serves as Executive Vice Principal at PALMS Africa and as a Life Coach with the DNA Circle of Legends. She is also the Managing Partner at Adino Consulting Ltd, providing high-level strategy and organizational development support, and functions as a Project Architect and Consultant Representative on multiple ongoing construction projects in Lagos and Abuja. A distinction architect, she graduated with First Class Honours in both her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Architecture. She serves as an Associate Lead Apostle at RAPGEN International Ministries and is the convener of SOLOFest and The Manifestations. She is joyfully married to Apostle Dr. Nath Aghraghra, and together they are blessed with three beautiful children.
Mrs. Obianuju Ukwu
Director of Human Resources & Faculty Administration
Obianuju Ukwu is the Director of Human Resources and Faculty Administration at PALMS Africa. A seasoned cultural administrator and communications strategist, she brings over 15 years of progressive leadership experience, specializing in institutional orientation, public relations, and strategic human capital management. She continues her impactful service with the National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), where she serves as a Cultural/Public Relations Officer and the Head of the Corporate Affairs & Marketing Unit for the Lagos Training School. Her expertise spans strategic programme evaluation, community relations, and the development of national cultural policy frameworks. She holds a B.Sc. in Mass Communication from Imo State University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Lagos, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cultural Administration. She completed the Director Master Course at the Model United Nations Academy and is currently running an MBA at Docenti Global Business School. She is a professional member of ARCON, AVOA, and NIPR, and is a passionate advocate for the preservation of Nigerian Indigenous languages.
Ms. Victoria Allwell

Victoria Allwell is a Master Storyteller, Author, Book Writing & Communication Consultant, and Content Strategist. She found her unique gift with the pen at age 7 and grew to become a proficient creative content developer. With 20+ years' experience in content and creative writing, she has pioneered communication projects for diverse executives, technocrats, and companies across industries. She currently serves as Creative Director of The Pen Minds Enterprise, a premium ghostwriting and editing firm. She has ghostwritten over 300 books, authored 8 books, and co-authored 3 leading books addressing career and business challenges. She holds a Master's Degree in Communication and Language Arts from the University of Ibadan and a B.Sc. in Psychology from Enugu State University.
Tobiloba Adeyemo

Tobiloba Adeyemo is a multidisciplinary business professional whose work spans sales leadership, entrepreneurship, community building, and content creation. He has built his career around strategic thinking, relationship-driven growth, and a strong commitment to personal and collective transformation. He has experience across B2B solution sales and business development within the technology and digital infrastructure space. He is the founder of SELOBA, an e-commerce and fashion-technology concept, and part of the startup team at Drivanta, a Lagos-based logistics and transportation consultancy. He hosts a podcast focused on habits, addiction, mental health, accountability, and personal growth, and is currently writing a book on trauma, healing, and restoration. He completed the Corporate Foundation Program at Docenti Global Business School.
Racheal Oluwaseun Bamidele

Racheal Bamidele is the Partnership & Institutional Relations Director at PALMS Africa, where she plays a key role in building strategic relationships, strengthening institutional collaborations, and supporting the organization's mission of purpose-driven leadership development across Africa. She is a purpose-driven professional with a growing career in real estate, administration, digital marketing, and organizational leadership. With a strong passion for growth, excellence, and meaningful impact, she brings a value-oriented approach to partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management. She currently works with Brookfield Realty, where she supports clients, handles property marketing, and serves as the Secretary. Beyond her professional career, she has demonstrated leadership through serving as Chairman of the First Timers' Committee and providing support within ministry-based teams. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Education and has completed professional training in real estate, including a Real Estate Foundation Course at Fokes Academy (2025), alongside continuous development in digital skills and leadership.

Helen Chiazor is a seasoned strategic communications leader with a distinguished career dedicated to shaping narratives and building resilient brand identities across Africa. She currently serves as the Managing Director of Guard the Faith Campaign, spearheading efforts to enhance visibility and drive meaningful public discourse. Her leadership is defined by corporate diplomacy and brand innovation. She specializes in strategic reputation management, crisis communications, and integrated marketing across digital and traditional touchpoints. She has successfully led cross-functional teams to launch pan-African engagement campaigns. She holds a B.Sc. in Mass Communication and a Master's in Public Administration (MPA). Helen is happily married to Mr. Uche Chiazor, a Bank Manager, and the marriage is blessed with three awesome children.
Divine Mukoro
Deputy Director of Digital Systems & Learning Technology
Divine Mukoro leads the design, implementation, and scaling of PALMS Africa's digital learning systems, technology-enabled education platforms, and innovation infrastructure. A multidisciplinary technologist, designer, and systems thinker, he brings a rare blend of creative, technical, and strategic expertise to purpose-driven education. His leadership focuses on building scalable hybrid learning environments, overseeing LMS platforms, digital content delivery, and data-driven learning tools that power UPEX, SLIC, CMT, and the Purpose Leadership Index (PLI). He is the founder of CreatorKore and the creator of the 100 Days of DO movement, a public learning project built to challenge the culture of information overload without execution. He champions a philosophy of immersion over information, teaching by doing, and cultivating high-agency individuals who learn through real-world action.
Madam Ugochi C. Samuel
Director of Spiritual, Ethics & Value Formation
Ugochi Samuel is a seasoned family life coach, faith-based communicator, and values-driven leader with a strong passion for spiritual growth, ethical leadership, and human development. She currently serves as the Director of Programs, Values and Ethics with an NGO based in Lagos, where she provides spiritual oversight, ethical guidance, and value-based leadership support. She helps shape organizational culture and promotes integrity, accountability, and compassion across all levels. She is the founder of Lifepoint Oasis, a faith-based family life and parenting platform focused on strengthening families and restoring values within the African context. She is also a podcast host, speaker, and facilitator, engaging diverse audiences on faith, relationships, communication, and personal development.
Amb. Aderonke Mary Oyelakin
Director of Funding, Grants & Resource Mobilization (FGRM)
Oyelakin Aderonke Mary is a nonprofit enthusiast leader and manager, SGBV trauma management psychotherapist, child protection specialist and family life practitioner. She currently serves as the executive coordinator of Bimbo Odukoya Foundation, an advocacy organization for the welfare and protection of the rights of women and girls. Aderonke, a BSc, master's degrees holder in economics; children and adolescent counselling. She also has a diploma and advanced diploma in professional counselling; certifications and specialized training in organization management, social work, child protection, child psychology, family systems engineering, abuse/trauma/addiction and recovery therapy, hypnotherapy, emotional intelligence, faith based counseling and nonprofit leadership and management from the Lagos Business School (LBS). She is trained by reputable state, national and international institutions; UNICEF, UNODC, IOM, NAPTIP, FMWAPA, IEP, MYSD, SOS Children's Villages, and the Child Protection Network (CPN). Her voluntary service in the social sector started at the age of 13 with the YMCA and 27 years after she is still driven with passion for humanity by actively engaging the media on children, women and youth related social issues on SRHR, child protection, education, mental health and psychosocial support for domestic violence, abuse prevention, early reporting, and survivor support. She is the State Coordinator of the Child Protection Network (CPN) Lagos, an initiative of UNICEF, immediate past Vice Chairperson of the Nigeria Association of Social Workers (NASoW), Lagos State Chapter; Public Relations Officer of the Association of Orphanages and Homes Operators in Nigeria (ASOHON), etc. Aderonke belongs to multiple professional bodies and associations and has received numerous awards, commendations, and recognitions from international, national, state & private organizations. Aderonke is driven by a deep passion for humanity, teamwork, accountability, compassion, and service values that define both her life and professional practice. She is married and blessed to raise two nations.
Dr. (Arc.) David A. Adio-Moses
Director of Partnerships & Institutional Relations
Dr. (Arc.) David A. Adio-Moses is an Architect, Project Manager, Green Smart Systems Innovation Strategist, and senior lecturer at the Department of Architecture, University of Lagos, Nigeria. He holds a Prince 2 International Project Management Certification from the APM Group, United Kingdom, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Project Management from University of Lagos (UNILAG) Consult. He is also a certified facilities manager, based on his diploma from Max-Migold Limited at the University of Lagos. Dr. (Arc.) David A. Adio-Moses currently serves as the PIR - Partnerships & Institutional Relations at PALMS AFRICA, where he provides strategic leadership in academic programming, research development, and innovation. In 2005, he founded the Leadership Excellence Activation Programme (LEAP), which promotes excellence in youth leadership training and entrepreneurship. He is the CEO of DAVAM Consults Limited, an architectural firm, and Green Smart Innovation Event Limited, a tourism and events management company. His motivation as a professional researcher is driven by a passion for excellence in addressing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through smart digital systems, innovative strategies, and sustainable infrastructures. He has quality experience in the use of green building materials and possesses highly developed project management skills for Integrated Project Delivery. Dr. (Arc.) David A. Adio-Moses has recorded notable professional achievements, including the creation of a 10-point green architecture criteria for developing countries, a 10-point smart city development process framework, and a 12-point smart city systems framework. Within the University of Lagos, he has served on several leadership and administrative committees, including as a Member of the Faculty of Environmental Sciences Examination Misconduct Panel (2023 till date), Department Examinations and Timetable Officer (2021 till date), Department SIWES Coordinator for Industrial Training (2006–2018), Staff Adviser to AIESEC UNILAG (2010–2016), and Staff Adviser to the GEMSTONE Leaders Connect UNILAG Chapter (2015 till date). He has several academic publications to his credit, including works on green architecture, sustainable construction systems, lean construction methodologies, smart city strategies, artificial intelligence for urban development, and the integration of smart city indices with Sustainable Development Goals for African cities.
